VPN: President M7 gives his first post swearing message via blocked social media

The President of the Republic of Uganda has come up to thank all his supporters who turned on his swearing in ceremony and others from across Africa who made it to Kololo independence grounds to witness the commemoration of his 5th term which will end in 2021 as he will be clocking 35 years in power.
The President posted on this on Facebook where he said that in this term, it won’t be usual business but making sure that Uganda becomes a middle income country by 2020. He said that his government is ready and willing to achieve that.
Today is the third day ever since social media was banned temporarily in country and people who are accessing it are doing it illegally using the unblocking applications known as VPN. His supporters were surprised seeing their President on Facebook as one made a Joke that the president is also on VPN.
