University League: UCU smashes Defending Champions MUBS

University League better than before as the defending Champions lost to Mukono based University Uganda Chrisitan University.  Makerere University Business School conceded in the second minute of the thanks to a well taken goal by UCU star Agago. The Half time ended 1:0 in favor of UCU.
Early in the second Half MUBS equalised through their Captain who deeped a well taken free kick into the back of the net. Then Immediately the situation went out of hand as there was exchange of stones and canes between UCU supporters and MUBS supporters.
The police intervened and the match resumed after around 20 minutes.  7 minutes to time UCU scored a controversial winner which almost brought the game to a stand still. The game ended 2:1 in favor of UCU who now have 3 points having lost their opening game 1:0 to Gulu university. While MUBS beat Kampala International University,  4:1 in the opening match at Luzira.
Next week MUBS plays Kyambogo University at Luzira in a do or die game in the same group.
