No one comes face to face with the legendary Celine Dion and remains silent– not even Selena Gomez!
The pop star didn’t have to think twice about her affection for the Canadian superstar after meeting with her at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas on Saturday night [March 12].
Gomez and her friends made sure to catch Dion backstage at her running Vegas residency and to prove it, pictures had to be taken.
The former Disney star, who arrived in a pink dress and heels and posed with a jumpsuit-clad Dion backstage, quickly shed her formal look in favor of a concert t-shirt. Matching with her friends, Gomez, 23, documented the crew’s exploits at the show through Snapchat.
This isn’t the first A-list star Gomez is having a moment with ‘backstage’. The 23-year-old also gushed about having a one-on-one chat with Brad Pitt at the Golden Globes in January. She posted a picture them bonding, and captioned. “Just discussing #TheBigShort”.
Gomez made a cameo in Brad’s movie The Big Short, but an insider told Star magazine, “All the rumors about Brad and Selena made [Angie] insane with jealousy.”
