Major social media networks popular in Uganda include Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn and Google plus. Pallaso wants to Challenge the likes of Mark Zuckberg, Jack Dorsey, Lary Page and others with something made in Africa. Below is his statement about the coming social site.
“I am so attracted to people who love to see me grow, I never settle for less, I always work to raise the bar, I never stop dreaming, I always face fear so I can earn my respect, I have no reason to look back to my pains because there is so much ahead of me to look forward to so ladies and gentlemen I am in the process of opening a Social media connection phone application called  #HookMe which will be running very soon all over the world but mostly aimed at the people around me as in East Africans or Africans so we can connect with the rest of the world and sell our culture across borders as well. All social media platforms have come from the west and for the first time I wanna try selling to the west something from the East. Digital is the future of the world and I am hoping for your full support!”
