Ingrid Turinawe to boycott Church and giving offertory this Easter

Boycott campaign is getting to its worst, this time if it means abandoning Church, they will abandon it. The Leader of FDC Women Madam Ingrid Turinawe has threatened to attend Church Easter because of the remarks that were given by Archbishop of the Anglican Church Stanley Ntagali, telling Ugandans to stay calm and congratulating President Museveni.
Ingrid Turinawe says she will pray from home and will not go to church and will even return the offertory envelope empty. She has also promised not cook meat as she has been doing but to cook beans and posho as her Easter Meal as a sign of frustration over the remarks made by the senior clergy.
Below is what the Ingrid Turinawe said.
“His Grace my archbishop Stanley Ntagali the Shepherd to all of us his sheep.
I resolve:
This Easter, I will not go to church. I will pray to my God from home, I will not send any Easter offertory to my church… in fact I wl not even return the offertory envelope. I will cook some beans and posho and eat it on Easter day. I will continue to pray.”
Hope the Boycotters will not Boycott God himself.
