Singer Veronica Lugya has come out to defend fellow songstress Irene Ntale against those who label her as a faded artiste.

It should be noted that Vinka was once Ntale’s booking agent at a time when the Sembeera singer was under the Swangz Avenue label.

They however parted ways when Ntale decided to pursue a solo career breaking ties with Swangz.

Part of the rumors had it that Ntale was not happy with Vinka pursuing a music career which could eclipse hers.

Vinka though seems like she has no bad blood with her former friend and defended her saying it’s because of COVID 19 that Ntale hasn’t been releasing any music.

“Irene is not a failed musician. She just stopped releasing music because of Covid-19. She is still a big artist. I saw a list not so long ago where I was also labeled a failed artiste,” Vinka came at the defense of Ntale.

Ntale is one of the most talented female singers the country has at the moment.

However ever since she left Swangz Avenue, her career has never been the same as it dipped so low.

This has made some section of the public to suggest that she’s faded and advised to get a man and get married instead.
