The news reaching the Blizz Uganda is that Ugandan golden boy Eddy Kenzo is recording a campaign song for Amama Mbabazi, Go Forward.
After the success of Tubonga nawe, various musicians who were not supporting the cause opposed the mission among those was Eddy Kenzo who even went ahead and attacked them (the Tubonga nawe musicians) on his page for going just to eat meals with the president and not fronting the problems facing Ugandans. The Activist Kenzo has decided to play his role in the Ugandan politics.
Now he has taken routes to the team Go Forward and is yet to release a song that will act as a campaign song. Much as Bruno K had already released the “Tusonge” song which was declared the Go Forward Campaign song, Eddy Kenzo is bringing another one and the two will both be used for campaign purposes.
In 2011, Eddy Kenzo was among those who appeared on almost all NRM Campaigns with his Stamina song but this time he has changed the timing and will be team Go Forward.
