Chameleone denies allegations that he attacked the opposition

Ugandan music doctor has denied allegations that he has said words laughing at Ugandans who are planning to boycott his concerts because he supported the Ugandan President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni in the recently concluded elections.
According to some local media companies, they reported that Jose Chameleone said that he has already boycotted Ugandans and that’s the reason he is not preparing any concert this year.
Chameleone said that he has not said anything over what the nation is saying because his choice was disregarded and therefore local press should not attach words to him. Below is the statement from Jose Chameleone.
“With all Effort here are the Tabloids again!!! Doing all they can to Tarnish a fellow Ugandan as they please. Now spreading like wild fire is a FALSE allegations that I don’t do Music for Ugandans anymore. This has been designed by People who Hope and wish to bring me down. I chose to keep quiet about whatever is going on because my opinion was disregarded. I wish whosoever crafted this campaign can know that whatever we are or Become is Testimony of Gods Power and Love.
I am Ugandan regardless of Faith, Religion or Tribe.
My Music Loving People, Don’t be moved by such False statements of Hatred.”
