Beyonce doesn’t give an ‘F’ — she doesn’t want anyone thinking she has a thing to do with the merch that’s being hawked by feyonceshop.com … so she’s suing.
Bey’s going after the site, demanding it cease and desist from selling all merchandise with the “Feyonce” mark. It’s already on t-shirts, sweatshirts, mugs and much more. She says the site’s even using the same font as her self-titled album.
According to the docs, Queen Bey thinks it’s too close to a play on her name and the word fiancee. She’s really irked because one of the mugs says, “He put a ring on it” — a reference to a “Single Ladies” lyric.
Beyonce says the people behind the online store are even trying to trademark Feyonce … which confuses the marketplace and damages her brand.
