Abbey Dhaira’s last message leaves tears in the hearts of Ugandans

Mourning is not yet over; Ugandans are still grieving over the death of the young footballer Abel Dhaira who succumbed to cancer in Iceland on Easter Sunday 27th March. The latest video that has appeared on social media recorded by Abbey Dhaira in the hospitals sending it to his fans and people who were organizing a football match to collect money to help in his medication made his fans run tears as they listened to it.
In the Message that Abbey Dhaira sent to the Uganda cranes and fans of Ugandan football wishing them a win and thanking them for the kind heart to organize such an event to fundraise money for his treatment. One of the lines was that “I would like to thank the people who going to come into the game to come and put a show of people who want to contribute to fighting the cancer disease that it is with me but I know it will go in Jesus’ mighty name”
Abby Dhaira who was struggling at the time to air out words, looking week concluded by thanking them for their contributions and wishing them protection from the Almighty “May the Lord God Protect and guide you in everything. Thank you very much from for the contributions and I really wanna say thank you, bye” Abbey Dhaira however did not live long even to see game get played. Roughly 2 days after he had recorded the video, the young soul breathed the last and died. Below is the Edited version of his last message and the uncut video of his recording.

“Good morning everybody, this is Abbey and today I woke up well, I thank God am well and hope and I pray that everybody is well like me and today will be a special day for me. I really appreciate all the organizers and everyone who organized this thing and this day will be the biggest day in my life coz it means a lot… I would like to thank the people who going to come into the game to come and put a show of people who want to contribute to fighting the cancer disease that it is with me but I know it will go in Jesus’ mighty name. Above all I want to thank them for being with me not only at this time but ever since when I arrived in 2010 I always meet them from different teams and I know they will be there… Hopefully I won’t mention all of them…………….but all in all I would like to say that I pray for you guys that it all ends there and I pray that everything the ceremony goes to the fullest without anything negative with it but positive….let’s have a fair play in the game…….May the Lord God Protect and guide you in everything. Thank you very much from for the contributions and I really wanna say thank you, Bye Bye”
